Start your driving career in Atlantic City, New Jersey, with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking before transitioning into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period, learning daily driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Ride with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and on-the-road decision-making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
