No Experience CDL A Commercial Driver Regional

Based in Atlantic City, NJ, this role is designed for recent CDL A graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers seeking a structured transition from classroom training to professional, over‑the‑road driving. The position includes a paid 4–6 week mentor training program during which new drivers ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn daily operational routines, and prepare to move into solo driving.

What you'll be doing:

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that covers day‑to‑day driving routines and preparation for solo operations.
• Ride with and learn from an experienced driver, assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load management and securement practices.
• Follow safe driving practices and complete required pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip checks.
• Develop practical skills in trip flow, communication, and on‑road decision‑making while operating in and around the Atlantic City, NJ area and on regional routes as assigned.
