Location: Cincinnati, OH — Start your driving career with a role designed for recent CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program based in the Cincinnati area. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

Primary responsibilities:

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working directly with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently within regional and interstate operations.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and cargo checks, and develop disciplined habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and flow, effective communication with dispatch and customers, and on-road decision-making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
