You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period, learning daily driving routines, procedures, and the transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load management, securement, and safe handling practices.
• Follow safe driving practices, perform required pre‑ and post‑trip checks, and develop consistent professional habits for over‑the‑road operations.
• Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication protocols, and on‑road decision‑making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
