No Experience CDL A Commercial Driver Regional

Start your driving career in Lexington, Kentucky, with an opportunity designed for new Class A CDL holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After completing training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week and become eligible for full benefits.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period covering daily driving routines, collaboration with an experienced driver, and preparation for solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, comply with required checks, and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip coordination, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
