About the role

This position is based in Southaven, MS and is designed for recent CDL A graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers. 365 Freight USA is hiring candidates for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver to learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period, learning day-to-day driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Ride with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress to independent driving.

• Valid CDL A license (recently obtained or newly licensed) and readiness to begin on-the-road training.
• Safety-first mindset: adhere to DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
• Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and perform responsibilities consistently during training and after going solo.
• Coachability: be open to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through real-time instruction on the road.
• Strong communication: stay in contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly and professionally.
