After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.
What we offer
Paid training throughout the 4–6 week mentor period.
Weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800 after training.

Full benefits available after completion of training.
A structured entry opportunity for recent CDL A graduates to move from classroom instruction to on‑road experience.
Practical, on‑the‑road guidance from an experienced mentor prior to solo driving.
What you'll be doing
Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
Drive with a mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
Follow safe driving practices, perform required pre‑ and post‑trip checks, and develop professional habits for over‑the‑road operations.
Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision‑making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.

Safety‑first mindset: adhere to DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
Reliability: arrive prepared to work, maintain schedules, and handle responsibilities consistently during training and after moving to solo operations.
Coachability: accept feedback from your mentor and learn through real‑time instruction on the road.
