Start your driving career with a role built for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Toms River, New Jersey area for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period to learn day-to-day driving routines and prepare for solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip checks, and cultivate professional over-the-road habits.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you transition from recent graduate to independent driver.
