Start your driving career in Trenton, NJ with a role designed for new CDL-A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL-A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing:
Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and load checks, and build professional habits for over-the-road operations.
Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
