Globe Life AO is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This is a performance-based sales role focused on conducting virtual consultations, presenting company-approved products, and assisting clients with enrollment.
No prior sales experience is required. A structured training program and ongoing mentorship are provided to ensure you understand the sales process, product knowledge, and compliance standards.
This is a commission-based position and not hourly or salaried.
Conduct scheduled virtual sales presentations via Zoom and phone
Educate clients on available products and options
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
Meet weekly performance goals
Follow established sales procedures and compliance guidelines
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
