Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM — 3-Day Weekends!

Want full-time hours AND every Friday off? We’re hiring a Powder Coater & Galvanizer for a well-established manufacturer in Harrisburg, OR.

No powder coating or galvanizing experience? That’s okay! If you’re dependable, comfortable with physical work, and ready to learn, the team will train you. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable manufacturer while learning valuable, hands-on skills.
What You’ll Do

• Prepare metal parts for coating and finishing.
• Hang, un-rack, tag, and organize finished components.
• Use hand tools, grinders, wire brushes, and other equipment to clean and finish metal parts.
• Inspect finished products and touch up areas as needed.
• Help ensure parts meet quality standards before they leave the facility.
• Work alongside an experienced production team while learning powder coating and galvanizing processes.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

What You’ll Have

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to work safely in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing, production, painting, coating, or metalworking experience is a plus — but not required!
