Note: Applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar and have 3+ years of direct New York No-Fault defense litigation experience. Experience with Regulation 68, EUOs, No-Fault motions, and New York No-Fault case law is required.

Job Description
- Manage a full caseload of New York No-Fault defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct and defend Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
- Handle Civil Court conferences, hearings, motions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Analyze complex No-Fault claims involving fraud, SIU investigations, and medical provider fraud.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Negotiate favorable resolutions while protecting client interests.
- Appear virtually and in person for court proceedings as required.
- Stay current on Regulation 68 developments and evolving New York No-Fault case law.
- Collaborate with attorneys and claims professionals to develop effective litigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar admission required.
- 3+ years of New York No-Fault defense litigation experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Regulation 68 and New York No-Fault law.
- Experience conducting EUOs, handling Civil Court appearances, motions, and trials.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to independently manage a litigation caseload.
