No-Show Clerk\n \nTransdev in Oakland, California is hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n+ Review and validation of no-shows and late cancellations\n \n+ Prepare and send letters to riders that exceed no-show and late cancellation thresholds\n \n+ Maintain accurate records in preparation for quarterly audit\n \n+ Organize and facilitate no-show suspension appeals\n \n+ Assist callers with questions pertaining to no-shows and late cancellations\n \n+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.\n \n+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures\n \n+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.\n \n+ Other duties as required.\n \nQualifications:\n \n+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.\n \n+ Computer literate\n \n+ Excellent customer service skills.\n \n+ Ability to operate standard telephone system.\n \n+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
