Responsibilities:
The NOC Analyst I will be responsible for:
Monitoring and incident response: actively monitor network performance and security threats.
Incident triage and resolution: investigate and prioritize incidents.
Troubleshooting and maintenance: troubleshoot network issues and perform remote maintenance.
Collaboration and communication: work with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
Documentation and reporting: maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
Experience in Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center
Degree in IT or related field
Certifications in networking or security preferred
Strong technical aptitude in IT networking and telecommunications
Knowledge of server and database management
Proficiency in monitoring tools like SolarWinds
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
