Check out this video that highlights our amazing company culture. POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of the NOC Engineer is to provide customer support for Bluebird Fiber customers. Position directly monitors BBF network elements, network performance and facilities. NOC Engineers work directly with Field Operations and NOC Engineers on trouble tickets to coordinate, isolate, diagnosis, and repair issues in a timely manner. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in multiple systems and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
