Responsibilities: for the NOC Lead include: • Monitor system, network, and application performance while ensuring continuous operational availability • Lead incident response efforts, manage escalations, and coordinate service restoration across teams • Supervise and mentor NOC staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and effective shift operations • Oversee change management, maintenance activities, and vendor coordination • Drive process improvements, reporting, and compliance with SLA and operational standards Required Qualifications for the NOC Lead include: • 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, network operations, or systems administration, with 2-5 years in a leadership role • Experience with enterprise technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching, firewalls, Cisco (IOS-XE, NX-OS), and Arista (EOS) • Strong experience with incident management, root cause analysis, SLA-driven environments, and 24/7 operations • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in IT, Networking, or related field • Active Top Secret clearance (within the last 5 years) or DOE Q clearance Qualifications: for the NOC Lead include: • 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, network operations, or systems administration, with 2-5 years in a leadership role • Experience with enterprise technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching, firewalls, Cisco (IOS-XE, NX-OS), and Arista (EOS) • Strong experience with incident management, root cause analysis, SLA-driven environments, and 24/7 operations • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in IT, Networking, or related field • Active Top Secret clearance (within the last 5 years) or DOE Q clearance Compensation: for the NOC Lead include: Salary Range: $170,000-190,000 Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law #LI-JB1
