Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NOC Lead to oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational support for the Navy Enterprise Voice and Video System – Hawaii (NEVVS-HI) network. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted telephony and video services for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) and annex locations. The NOC Lead will serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives, direct daily NOC operations, and ensure compliance with federal security, technical, and operational standards.
Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the NEVVS-HI Network Operations Center (NOC) providing 24-7 network monitoring, incident detection, and Tier 1 troubleshooting.
Coordinate with government field technicians for service activations, fault resolution, and network restorations.
Oversee Alternate NOC (ANOC) continuity of operations during outages or emergency events.
Ensure compliance with DoD Cyber Workforce (CWF) Code 441 Network Operations Specialist requirements.
Maintain incident documentation, escalation, and reporting in the Government-provided Telephony Management System (TMS).
Monitor network performance, conduct traffic analysis, and provide usage/capacity reports.
Manage NOC staff scheduling to ensure continuous coverage.
Conduct quarterly SOP reviews and coordinate procedural updates with government personnel.
Lead coordination and communication with stakeholders during Priority 1, 2, and Mission Essential Circuit (MECL) incidents.

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.
