As a NOC Technician II, you’ll serve as a central point of communication and action during incidents, partnering closely with Engineering and other teams to monitor systems, resolve issues, and maintain the performance of our nationwide network and IT infrastructure. *This is an on-site position that will provide coverage for 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) on Wednesday-Sunday.*
