Summary:
Support capital program deployments by monitoring alarms, handling initial issues, and fixing problems, with most tasks related to these deployments. Work with Telecommunication deployment, vendor, and Tier 2 teams to escalate issues smoothly. Provide real-time monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration and quick resolution of post-deployment issues, enhancing network reliability.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful implementation and prevent problems.
  • Take ownership of deployment-related incidents, working with deployment/Tier 2 teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting issues.
  • Use knowledge of Core Network to improve troubleshooting and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate critical fixes, engage vendors, and support deployment teams with troubleshooting and validation after maintenance.
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in troubleshooting to address outages and system issues promptly.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in network operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of network systems and protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with telecommunication deployment and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Core Network architecture and systems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
