Nocturnal Hospitalist APP

I have a great client actively hiring a permanent Nocturnal Hospitalist APP. Here is more information: 

Schedule: 

• 7 on / 7 off 
• Either 4:30pm-4:30am or 6:00pm-6:00am 

Setting: 

• Multi-specialty, physician-owned clinic 
• Cutting edge technology
• Wide array of treatments and services 

Location:

• Right off of 235 (very commutable) 
• West of Downtown

Responsibilities:

• Perform hospital admissions for all Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Hematology-Oncology patients.
• Serve as the first call for hospitalized patients in those listed specialties.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, including assessments, interventions, and coordination of care.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Iowa.
• 3-5 years of experience as an APP, preferably in hospital or emergency settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent clinical decisions.
