This is an excellent opportunity for nurse practitioners or physician assistants who enjoy nocturnal hospital medicine, value flexibility, and are interested in working across two established inpatient programs within a collaborative team environment.
Position Highlights- Night shift inpatient hospital medicine role
- Collaborative practice with on-site or readily available physician support
- Opportunity to work across multiple hospitals for added flexibility and volume
- Competitive per diem compensation with night differential
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to adult medical patients during the overnight shift
- Admissions, cross-cover, and acute patient management
- Collaborate closely with hospitalists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and patient-centered care
Qualifications- NP or PA with inpatient HM experience
- Comfortable managing acute medical issues independently overnight
- Current MA license (or ability to obtain)
- ACLS certification required
- Flexibility to work at both hospital sites preferred
