TeamHealth has an exciting opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our hospital medicine team at West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala, Florida! This position focuses on admissions, cross-coverage, and managing acute issues for hospitalized patients. The clinician hired for this role will work a dedicated night shift schedule from 6pm to 6am within a 7-on/7-off block rotation.

Opportunity Overview- 7-on/7-off block schedule; Monday through Sunday rotation
- Full-time nights;12-hour shifts (6pm to 6am)

Typical nocturnist NP/PA responsibilities include...- Admissions: average of 8 to 9 per night between both sites
- Cross-coverage between two facilities: HCA Ocala and West Marion (onsite at WM)
- Coordination of care with nursing and ancillary services
- Documentation and handoff to daytime clinicians
