Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nocturnist to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative community hospital environment while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide inpatient care at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center
• Practice in a community hospital setting with a closed ICU

• Enjoy a consistent nightshift schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation and tele-hospitalist night cross coverage support

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work a dedicated nightshift schedule on a 7-on/7-off rotation
• Remain onsite throughout the duration of each shift
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including patient rounding, admissions and discharges
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admissions, ED consults and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
