Nocturnist Physician in Richmond, VA

TeamHealth is growing our established hospital medicine program in Richmond, Virginia, and we're looking for a full-time nocturnist to join our team. This is a nights only position with a predictable 7-on, 7-off schedule, allowing for an excellent work life balance while practicing in two respected HCA hospitals.

Physicians rotate between Chippenham Hospital and Johnston Willis Hospital, both located in the Richmond metropolitan area.

Position Highlights

• Nights only, 7pm to 7am
• 7-on, 7-off schedule
• Full time commitment of 182 clinical hours per month (approximately 14 shifts)
• Procedures are not required
• Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage
• ED manages codes
• Strong specialty support across both hospitals
• Meditech EMR
• Chippenham Hospital: 466-bed, level II trauma center
• Johnston Willis Hospital: 300-bed, acute care hospital
