Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nocturnist Physician to join our well-established Healthcare System. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician with strong communication skills who is committed to optimizing patient outcomes.
Position Details:
Support Structure: 2 APPs assist with admissions (approximately 10 per night), ICU coverage, codes, etc.
Procedures/Lines: Provided by in-house General Surgery residents
Intubations: Handled by ER/Anesthesia team
ICU Management: Open ICU, primarily managed by renowned Pulm/CC service
Critical Care Services: In-person during the day, tele-critical care at night
Tele-Hospitalist Service: Provides cross coverage as needed
Schedule: 7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts
Requirements
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
BLS and ACLS Certified
Eligibility for a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
