We are seeking a Senior Node + React Developer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Hartford, CT. This position requires a strong technical background in Node.js, React, and AWS (basic level), along with proven experience in onsite coordination and client collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and will be responsible for:
Collaborating with customers to clarify requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Coordinating seamlessly with offshore teams to maintain quality and timely output.
Participating in scaled Agile framework methodologies with a team of 4 offshore developers, 1 offshore QA, and 1 senior onshore developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand requirements, propose design and solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication.
Develop and maintain applications using Node.js and React/Angular.
Utilize basic AWS services for deployment and integration.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of real-time project experience in Node.js, React, and AWS.
Prior experience in an onsite coordinator role.
Strong technical knowledge in code development, performance tuning, and business enhancements.
