Immediate need for a talented NodeJS Developer. This is a 18 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Node.js, Python, Express.js, and modern front-end technologies. Architect and develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive UI components while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver projects on schedule. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, database integrations, and automation scripts to improve application performance and operational efficiency. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring junior developers, enforcing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the engineering team.
