Non-CDL Delivery Driver - Home every night, No weekends

Summary 

Join our Burlington Washington team as a Non-CDL Route Driver and start building a long-term, rewarding career. We provide paid training, including forklift certification and hands-on experience with warehouse equipment.

Essential Functions 

Primary Duties

• Plan your daily delivery route efficiently.
• Review customer orders; pick and stage stock in the warehouse.
• Load products onto the truck in route order.
• Deliver orders safely to customer locations; unload and place items appropriately.
• Communicate customer changes, backorders, or opportunities to the sales team (optional depending on division need).
• Follow all company and DOT/regulatory safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

Secondary Duties

• Assist warehouse operations when needed (receiving, stocking, organizing).
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, electric pallet jack, and/or cherry picker.

Qualifications 

·        Clean driving record required.

·        Experience driving a box truck or van.

·        Valid medical card (if applicable by state/region).

·        Must meet company and regulatory driving requirements.

·        Reliable, consistent attendance.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure. 

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in routes, schedules, or customer needs.
• Ability to read and follow GPS navigation or road maps.
• Basic warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
• Ability to safely move products using hand trucks or electric pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.

Working Conditions 

• Work performed in warehouse, customer locations, and truck cab environments.
• Exposure to seasonal weather and traffic conditions.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
