Lanham strives to provide a workplace where employees work hard, are friendly and respect one another.Job ResponsibilitiesDaily pre-trip inspection of delivery truckPhysically demanding role involving heavy lifting (75+ lbs), warehouse operations, and direct material handling-you'll load, unload, and carry flooring bundles into customer homes and businesses on multiple deliveries per dayHelp pull orders and load truck for deliveriesReview orders before and after delivery for accuracyHandle paperwork for deliveriesTransport materials to destinations for customersUnload product for delivery in accordance with customer needs – Mostly unload by hand. Some by forklift.Safety – both driving and while working at delivery locationsHelp unload, check in, and stock new products arrivingPull products for customer orders and help load in customer vehicles Requirements:Must be 21 or older to apply (for driving insurance purposes)Ability to complete DOT medical certification (includes drug testing)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 70lbsVery good attention to detailsComfortable operating forklift (will train)Experience working in warehouse environment is preferredMust be a high school graduateCertifications preferred, but not required
