Summary:
Operate non-CDL box trucks and other commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
Transport and deliver materials across designated routes
Load and unload cargo while maintaining safety standards
Support daily logistics and delivery operations
Responsibilities:
Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles including dump trucks, flatbeds, front loaders, rear loaders, and roll-off trucks
Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safe handling techniques
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and communicate with dispatch as needed
Assist with heavy lifting and securing loads for transport
Perform basic maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
Support handling of bulk materials and specialty loads as required
Requirements:
Previous non-CDL driving experience preferred
Experience operating commercial trucks or delivery vehicles preferred
Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
Strong understanding of safety procedures and cargo securement
Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic inspections
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
