Non CDL Driver / Warehouse

Our location based in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Non-CDL Driver (Class D) & Warehouse Operator. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Order fulfillment experience is a plus. Must be able to operate company vehicles for local deliveries.

MAIN JOB TASKS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Load and unload trucks of building materials including the checking-in of material.
• Fulfill customer orders from stock based on work orders.
• Load building materials onto pallets and shelves for either delivery or for receipt into the warehouse.
• Safely load and secure building materials onto the non-CDL rack-body delivery truck.
• Drive the company non-CDL rack-body truck to customer locations and job sites.
• Deliver and safely unload building materials while verifying order accuracy.
• Operate warehouse forklifts safely.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company driving, warehouse, and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and job-site personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT Medical Card is a plus.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, building materials, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move building materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to read and accurately follow work orders and delivery paperwork.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform both warehouse and local non-CDL delivery duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, climb, and lift.

Wage Range: $20–$26/hour plus additional benefits. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
