Non CDL Local Route Driver

Iron Mountain is seeking anexperiencedLocal Route Driver to join ourOperationsteam. In this role, you will be responsible forsafely operating a vehicleanddelivering exceptional customer serviceas you manage your dedicated local route. Your attention to detail in transport and record-keeping is critical to maintaining the security and trust Iron Mountain has with its clients.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintaincompany vehicles safely and efficiently to perform scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensuring all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Iron Mountain security standards are followed.
• Managethe end-to-end route logistics, including the secure loading, transport, and unloading of materials without assistance, while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records.
• Collaboratewith dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery and demonstrate strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain on the road.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 - 3years of preferred experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Drive a Commercial Box Truck Shred/Delivery
• Make an average of 25+ stops and walk about 4 miles daily.
• Use wireless handheld scanning technology/computer skills/ preparing paperwork.
• Strong knowledgeof safe driving practices and security procedures, including the ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Proven abilityto perform the physical tasks required, including safely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving heavy bins, and exhibiting safe, efficient driving skills.
• A valid Driver’s Licensewith a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.

• Pay: $21.00 - 23.00/hr- Based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional weekends,
• Hours: 7:30 AM - Until Route Completion
