Pay Rate: $21.50 - $22.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

• Safely move trailers within the yard using yard trucks/yard jockey equipment
• Spot, stage, and position trailers at docks for loading and unloading
• Inspect trailers for damage, safety issues, and proper loading conditions
• Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure efficient dock flow and trailer placement
• Maintain accurate trailer inventory and yard tracking logs
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and yard safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1-year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

What You Will Do

As a Non CDL Yard Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

The Non CDL Yard Driver provides dependable transportation services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires careful vehicle operation, sound judgment, and consistent attention to transportation procedures.
