We Are Hiring:

Location: Wichita, KS

Facility: Via Christi Clinic

Department: Murdock and Branch Radiology

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm

What You Will Do:
  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support, including maintaining filing systems and managing office supplies.
  • Manage written communications by composing, typing, and transcribing essential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the department by facilitating internal and external communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of department meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Ensure data accuracy by entering information into databases and performing regular verification checks on all records.
What You Will Need:

Education: 

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
  • Demonstrates proficiency in medical office clerical operations and administrative tasks.
  • Physical capability to safely lift and maneuver medical equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide hands-on support and high-quality care in a clinical patient-facing environment.
