Requirements:

• Clinical research coverage analysis experience
• Experience with protocol review and billing calendar development
• Ability to support study startup and clinical trial activation
• Skills in workflow redesign and operational readiness
• Collaboration with Clinical Trials Administration and other teams
• Support for time-sensitive Epic Research Modernization

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Epic research workflows
• Support for multi-site healthcare clinical research
• Billing calendar implementation or optimization
• Major research system implementations or go-live readiness

Summary / Duties:

Provide temporary remote support focusing on clinical research coverage analysis, protocol review, and billing calendar development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet time-sensitive deadlines related to the November 30 JVCC go-live and other deliverables. This is a four-month assignment reporting to Victoria Johnson, and the position is 100% remote. Manage multiple research workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.
