Non-Clinical - Finance/Accounting - Payroll Coordinator

** Candidate needs to have Workday Experience. UKG payroll experience is a plus. Additionally, they need someone to have end-to-end, full cycle payroll processing in an environment that does not outsource their payroll to a 3rd party. Requirements: - H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent - 3 years of experience in employee payroll processing and reimbursements in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws & regulations - Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types - *PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment* - Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements - Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems (API experience is a plus) Position Details: - Shift: 5x8 Days (8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri) - Length of Assignment: 26 weeks - On-site position Job Summary: Payroll Specialists perform a full range of payroll functions, working independently & efficiently to process paychecks in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local requirements, as well as related RCHHC policies. Significant interaction with Human Resources staff, as well as Department Managers & other RCHHC staff, & employees.
