Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an Inventory Coordinator. This is a first shift opportunity with a starting pay of $15/hour.  This role focuses on inventory management, supply chain coordination, and maintaining efficient inventory control practices throughout the organization. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with healthcare supply chain experience who enjoy maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring departments have the supplies they need to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between assigned departments and Supply Chain Management to ensure inventory levels meet operational needs.
  • Monitor, replenish, and maintain inventory in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Utilize bar code readers, handheld computers, printers, and inventory management systems to track and manage supplies.
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and supply organization initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and inventory records are maintained.
  • Opportunity to support the setup and opening of the new Neurological Institute, a state-of-the-art 1 million-square-foot facility opening on Main Campus and play a key role in preparing inventory and supply operations for launch.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in healthcare supply chain, inventory management, materials management, or related healthcare logistics functions.
  • Experience using computer systems, including bar code readers, handheld computers, and printers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
