Posting Summary

The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) at Rutgers University seeks multiple non-credit instructors for the Collaborative School Leadership Initiative. Reporting to the program's faculty director, the non-credit instructor will support the work of the Public School Collaborative by planning, designing, and conducting training workshops in public schools across New Jersey. These instructors will also consult to districts and schools to assist them in implementing collaborative structures and processes for planning, problem solving and decision-making. Prior experience doing this work is required.
