We are seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Non-Emergency Transportation Driver to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical transportation services for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and patients needing assistance getting to medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and social activities. You are not just a driver; you are a valued companion ensuring our clients travel with dignity, safety, and comfort.
Patient Transport: Safely operate company-issued vehicles to transport ambulatory and mobility-challenged clients to and from destinations.
Client Assistance: Help passengers safely board and exit the vehicle, including operating wheelchair lifts, ramps, and properly securing mobility equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all safety equipment, fluid levels, and mechanical parts are functioning properly.
Schedule Management: Adhere to assigned pickup and drop-off schedules, utilizing GPS and dispatch software to navigate optimal routes and maintain punctuality.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, empathetic care, remaining calm and professional under pressure or during unexpected traffic delays.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of mileage, passenger counts, trip times, and incident reports as required by state and company standards.

Age Requirement: Must be at least [21 / 25] years of age for commercial insurance compliance.
Licensing: Possession of a valid, in-state Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations or recent at-fault accidents).
Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of licensed driving experience; prior experience in patient care, paratransit, or professional driving is highly preferred.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, and assist clients weighing up to [40 - 70+] lbs.
Screening: Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and a pre-employment drug screen.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a major plus (or willingness to obtain them during paid training).
