Non-Invasive Cardiology with large group-1st year compensation package up to 700k

CoxHealth is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our well-established cardiology service in Springfield, Missouri.  The physician will join a growing team currently with five interventional and 3 non-interventional cardiologists, three Electrophysiologists, three CT Surgeons, and four vascular surgeons. Our Cardiology outpatient clinics are attached via a skywalk to Cox South Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Cardiology is supported with multiple Cardiology APPs providing outpatient support and 24/7 inpatient coverage.
• This group works from the main hospital of a six-hospital system. No traveling required.
• Invasive Cardiologists perform over 4,700 cath lab procedures annually, including a robust structural program.
• This position covers their outpatient clinic and supports our extensive cardiology program, performing and interpreting non-invasive cardiac imaging, including Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine.
• This position will assist with weekday inpatient coverage with 1:8 evening and weekend call for one hospital: Cox Medical Center South, a 706 bed, Level I STEMI Center.
• Optional research and teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
• Large referral network comprising 20+ surrounding counties
