Non-IT Project Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Pay Rate: $75/hour
We are seeking a skilled Training Project Manager to support the design, development, and delivery of eLearning initiatives across the Americas Division. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful training experiences.
You will play a key role in coordinating across subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring seamless course development and delivery.
Design and develop instructional materials for FCC and corporate compliance training programs
Create engaging and interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate 360
Coordinate with subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training projects
Facilitate regular check-ins, maintain detailed project documentation, and recommend process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as HR and LMS to prepare and launch training courses
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines
Maintain and organize training content and assets on the Compliance Training SharePoint site
Stay current with industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure training content remains relevant
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience (2–5 years)
2–5 years of experience in training operations, project management, or training administration within a regulated or financial services environment
Experience leading or supporting eLearning development projects (in-house or with external vendors preferred)
Proven ability to design and develop compliance training programs and eLearning modules
Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360 is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including troubleshooting and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including working with large datasets and summarizing insights
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
