Are you a Maryland Licensed Journeyman Electrician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a respected property management organization? We are seeking an experienced electrician to support a premier residential community consisting of over 5,600 homes and extensive community facilities.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering the opportunity to join a team responsible for maintaining and improving one of Maryland's largest residential communities.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Inspect electrical components and recommend repairs or preventative maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Install and repair wiring, panels, breakers, motors, switches, relays, lighting, and related equipment
- Run and install conduit, wiring, and power distribution systems
- Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance situations
- Complete work orders, job documentation, and service reports accurately
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Provide professional customer service to residents and community stakeholders
Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range - $32 - $34/hr
TEMP-TO-HIRE
- Current Maryland Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
