Our Non-Medical Care Companions will work with Outreach clients to not only ensure the client is in a safe and comfortable environment, but also bring connection and joy into their daily lives!

We are looking to hire:

• Part-time or Full-time Caregivers with Evening and Weekend availability
• Overnight Caregivers

Hourly Pay Rate: $17+

Care Companion Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship through conversation, shared hobbies, games and simply being present
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on walks, outings or to appointments
• Assist with personal care such as dressing and toileting
• Help create moments of joy - favorite music, gratitude journals, storytelling and laughter
• Watch for changes in mood or wellbeing and communicate with the client care manager
• Treat each client with dignity, patience, and respect

Outreach is looking for Candidates who:

• Have a genuine love for spending time with older adults
• Are reliable and work well independently
• Have a calm and positive presence
• Have strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
