What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Mobility assistance
- Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including:
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Errands
- Transportation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Observe and report any changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving)
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Dependable and punctual

Caregiver Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
- Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
- Push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
