We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals to join our team as Non-Medical Caregivers for Seniors. In this role, you will provide essential care and daily living support to older adults.
We provide care in:
- Private homes
- Independent living communities
- Assisted living facilities
- Memory care communities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
- Provide medication reminders (no administration)
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- CNA or HHA certification a plus (not required)
