Non-Medical Transportation Driver

Responsibilities:- Safely operate and drive a transport vehicle to transport passengers to their designated locations- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance and answering any questions or concerns they may have- Follow established routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrival at each destination- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Skills:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Previous experience in commercial driving, preferably in a school bus or paratransit setting- Ability to safely operate a transport vehicle, including knowledge of defensive driving techniques- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as needed

Start time between 6:00am-7:00am

Must pass Background and drug test

Expected hours: 24 36 per week
