Department Overview:
From simple questions, to employment-related services, to serious concerns, your Human Resources team is available to provide timely responses and expert support. The HR Service Center is your central point of contact for engaging with Human Resources. This role is open to students who are not currently enrolled at OSHU.
Function/Duties of Position:
- Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Like an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR
- Graduate Program
minimum 4.5 credit hours)
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience working in an office setting
- Adobe Acrobat and working knowledge of office equipment (scanners and copy machines).
Additional Details:
- Work Schedule: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week
- Location: Portland, OR (Marquam Hill)
- M-F, must work in office 2-3 days/week. Can work partial days to coordinate with school schedule.
