Non-profit CFO - Dallas

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Non-profit CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our organization in Dallas. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to the leadership team
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee audit and tax functions
- Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial sustainability and growth
