Preferred Skills:

Excellent phone and people skills
Intermediate PC proficiency
Flexible and a team player
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Call center experience is a plus
Benefits:
Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
Starting pay of$12-$15/hourwith potential for raises
Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support
