We're looking for a hands-on Retail Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a growing thrift store where every donation, every purchase, and every volunteer contributes to a larger mission.

Lead the day-to-day operation of the thrift store
Create an organized, clean, and welcoming shopping experience
Merchandise and price donated items
Manage inventory and sales performance
Handle cash management, daily deposits, and reporting
Recruit, train, schedule, and encourage volunteers
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist with marketing, community events, and future online sales initiatives
Help grow both the store and its impact within the community
Has retail management or supervisory experience
Loves creating organized systems and improving operations
Enjoys coaching and motivating volunteers
Is comfortable managing inventory and merchandising
Has experience with POS systems such as Clover, Square, or Shopify
Leads with integrity, professionalism, and compassion
